They just want you to get angry or mad at them but instead of doing this you're proving to be more intelligent forgiving them, showing so, that you have more important things to care about. For example, if someone's trying to bring you down by telling you disrespectful things or insults you or whatever, don't let them win, just face it, don't take a notice about it and smile; that kills them as they are not getting what they wanted.

The second one is Albert Einstein's. This quote talks about the power of imagination. There's no powerful power than the imagination, not even knowledge. For example, when you apply for a job, there's a lot more people applying for it, you have to stand out and for doing it you may have to go for imagination and make something imaginative like sticking your CV in the milk-karton and then they'll
