HISTORY

The music has existed since prehistoric times, but always was percussion, any type of frequency.

When people started to write music there wasn’t any idea of the sounds, you made music in this way because it sounded good.

Musicians started naming the sound, with diverse names and difficult expressions, and then, it was introduced all music vocabulary.

After romantic times, in the 20th century, the blues took popularity and the question “how I make this sound good” was gone.

In our days, people who want to know about how to compose blues, and learn all this concepts and parameters.

BLUES AND I

I started playing the piano when I was 6 years old, but I only have been learning blues  for one year, since I was 13. In spite of this, I have enjoyed myself a lot.

We are three in class, two boys from another school and I. The lessons take place at my school, on Fridays at 13:30.

I feel very relaxed when I play it, because it reminds me to my childhood.

What we do is compose a melody and play it with a structure in the bass.

I decided to do this classes because it wasn't any people of my year to do musical language.

I really like these blues lessons, and I would like to carry on whith them next year!
